Its so easy yet many people don’t have the strength or will to do it. In this post I’m going to outline some principles;
Eat - Fruit, Vegetables, Lean (preferably grass fed) meat, eggs, some natural yoghurt (Kefir is great) and cheese. Butter or coconut oil for cooking.
Workout - Intensely with weights or BW when hungry, don’t eat for 1 hour after.
Play - sports with friends/family, wii sports whatever you enjoy. Long walks/hikes, or even shopping for groceries.
Zen - I recommend the Dalai Lama’s Art of Happiness as a starting point.
Well thats a start its the core, much more to fine tune and do, but that can be picked up in other past posts and will come in future posts.
