Workout tip of the day - Stability Push-Up
Wanna tone up those abs?? and the same time get a little bit of chest in well this excersize is the best get into plank position ( push up position ) and hold it for 45secs then do 5 full pushups then hold for 30secs then do 10 full pushups then hold for 15secs then do 15 full pushups thats one set do 3 sets rest 2 mins in between. Enjoy!!!!!
